I'm Nick, but my friends call me Tip. I'm married and live in Charlotte, NC with my wife and two daughters. For the past fourteen years I've been working in various roles in technology across several industries; project manager, implementation consultant, process analyst, scrum master, product owner, agile coach, product coach, and transformation coaching.

As a result of my unique career path, I've experienced a lot of interesting people, scenarios, and cultures. So rather than keep my wild experiences to myself, I thought it would be a great time to deeply explore myself, inspect my experiences and see how some of the most timeless stories that have been around for hundreds of years still apply today.
